We were there on a weekday nite and the service was good . But the food was not good. My wife had a crab cake(she is a good cook)and couldn't eat it. I had shrimp and it was not well prepared at all. My opinion--go elsewhere. more

First of all, the front of the restaurant is terribly managed. One hostess told us it would be a 20-minute wait for a couple with a baby. 40 minutes later, another hostess tried seating us, but then told us she had no idea we had a baby! I only had a hamburger there and it was good. The restaurant was packed with all kinds of groups from boaters to families. The atmosphere is fun, since the restaurant is adorned with paddles with all kinds of interesting and fun things painted on them. I have been going here for more then ten years ever summer and it always gets better...They now have so many Oars that they are now being nailed to the outside of the building (rather then being hung from the ceiling on the inside)...Great Lobster Clubs...love to sit on the patio and watch the activity at the dinghy dock...be prepared... more
