I recently had a baby shower at the 1149 restaurant and I was horrified at the service we received. The event coordinator didn't respond to emails or telephone calls until 2 days before the event and a complaint to her assistant. I've been to 1149 for dinner twice and can't wait to go again! It's so warm, friendly, comfortable and beautiful inside. This restaraunt has been around a while but it was my first visit. Driven by it plenty of times. Saw they had been awarded the best neighborhood restaraunt by Rhode Island Monthly and said it was time to try it out. The atmosphere when you walk in is very contemporary and inviting.
