I've been here twice now, and it is a decent place to have dinner. The restaurant itself was packed with little breathing room, but we were fortunate enough to be seated outside so that didn't prove to be much of an issue. The friendly staff was very accomodating. It's great for a thai restaurant in America but on a wordly scale, it would be like thai food in a hotel in thailand, tweaked to suit American taste. Not spicy enough and a little too sweet but if rated as a thai restaurant in America, I would give it a 4. Quite noisy though and that music is definately... more

The first thing that struck me about Basil was how loud it was. However, they do have outdoor seating. The food was pretty good but the appetizer rolls, for example, were pretty small.
