My wife and I had a coupon for Cintra, so we stopped by only to find out that the restaurant is now 16 Market. We went in anyway. The food was excellent. 16 Market is one of those restaurants where half the meal is presentation, but the quality and taste were not missing. Our waitress was perhaps the most pleasant... more
