My husband and I visited Luna Rosa for lunch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our salads and entrees were good. Tried several gelato samples; most lacked enough flavor, except for the chocolate. The chocolate gelato is very good, not real Italian gelato in Italy good, but American gelato good. more
Amazingly good gelato considering the owners and staff are not Italian. Fresh tasting, rich in flavor - it really did remind us of Italian gelaterias. They also have a ligher fare menu but we go for the gelato. more
This is by far my favorite restaurant/gelatto bar in town. It is the kind of place you'd find in a big city like NY, Chicago, San Fran. so I couldn't believe it when they opened in little Greenville. The gelatos are the best I've ever had, and you are always welcome to sample them from a very friendly staff. Then there are the soups served with thin,crispy, wonderful toasted panini. I told the owner that he needs to bottle and sell the lentil with sausage soup. Oh so yummy! more
