You have got to check out the Red Drum Gastro Pub if ever staying in Mt. Pleasant, SC. There are a lot of good resturants in the Charleston area but if you like a warm atmosphere, Jazz Band, great service and really unique food with a local flare, check out Red Drum... The Ceviche is killer a must have. more

This was one of the best meals in the Charleston area. We had mashed potatoes flautas as an appetizer, steak with a chimichurri type sauce, and the best dessert. It was fried doughnuts with a dulce de leche cream sauce. It was wonderful. Try to get a table outside. It has great atmosphere! more

I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is cool, the service is alright, but the food... oh my the food. The chicken mole enchilada as an appetizer, amazing. The grilled shimp entree, DE-LI-CIOUS. The Hot butter rum cake... words cannot describe. We've already been there twice more just for dessert! more

Our party of four sat in the back where it is more formal but comfortable. The waiters were attentive (and noticed we were having trouble picking... more

I love everything about this restaurant. The food is fabulous. The renowned owner, Chef Berryhill, came to Charleston after years of success with the James Beard award winning restaurant, Cafe Annie in Houston (where Bobby Flay learned his craft from world-famous chef Robert Del Grande). I have tried several different appetizers, salads, main courses and desserts, and have not been... more

Overpriced and pretensious. The food was good, but not worth what they charge. more
