My only complaint is that there were too many smug hipster employees that displayed an ambivalent attitude toward actually providing something resembling good customer service.
The Franklin Whole Foods is a great place to get fresh produce, meat, and seafood. Our favorite is the olive bar. There are always plenty of cheeses to try at the cheese bar which is located right next to the beer growler refill station. The staff is so nice and helpful. My only problem with the store is that it... More
I love going to Whole Foods for family meals when I just can't think of good restaurants to go to. It's always exciting to step in. A little pricey, but it's not everyday we eat out at Whole Foods!
This is a excellent store. It's new it's big it's close the interstate (65). So it's easy to get in and out of quickly and not out of the way. Good hot bar/ salad bar. They have a juice bar!
As out- of- towners, we love to stop here before heading to Arrington Vineyard to gather picnic items. The staff is so helpful with making sure we have what we need to enjoy our evening. We truly appreciate good customer service, and aways notice the friendliness of the Whole Foods staff -- those behind the counters, the cashiers and the... More

The types of foods they offer are not that creative and the ones they choose are basic or bland. (Except the Cajun Sweet Potato's). I just go to the salad bar which... More
