Ordered 2 baked potatoes with prawns and marie rose sauce...the sauce was not up to much and i am sure the prawns had just been defrosted in the microwave. We also ordered tea for 2 and got a pot of hot water with 1 teabag in it.... Not impressed at all. We did mention to the waiter who was serving... More

Decent food at a decent price,Largs is expensive to eat out probably because they have a captive market so reckon this restaurant was a good find.Effecient service. More

my brother and i were over for a visit may/jun 2010. we went to the moorings each night for 'double nougat' . took family for lunch to the green shutters....service was great and the food as good as nardinis ice cream!!!! the view spectacular... ...moira/vancouver bc More

If you want honest food, friendly, helpful staff in clyde coast surroundings, then The Green Shutters is the place. We live locally, have tried other places but keep coming back to the Nardini family restaurant. Their 'Moorings' cafe is a smaller version with great coffee and their Butter Tablet ice cream is fab .
