Although we weren't quite sure what to expect from the outside(very busy), the service was good and the food was excellent. We ate there all three nights of our stay in Mull and the food was generally very good. I personally recommend the steak and ale pie and the roast veg lasagne. Well worth a visit! more

Only went here because we had tried everywhere else along the quayside from the Mishnish and couldn't get in. Macgochans is a good alternative to Tobermory's famous Mishnish Bar. It is situated next to the distillery and bus depot.
