The original Corky's and the only one worth going to. The yeast rolls are fabulous and I personally prefer their dry ribs. more

The wonderful aroma caught our attention first and THEN we realized that the soulful sounds we were hearing were also coming from...this little airport restaurant??? Yes, it was!! We had to stop! The dry ribs may have been the best thing I've ever eaten. We were visiting a friend who lives in Memphis and wanted BBQ and he recommended Corky's as he didn't want to deal with the tourist at some of the downtown restaurants. We had BBQ nachos (awesome), then I had a combo platter of dry ribs and pulled pork... more

My companion had the pulled pork dinner and I had the full rack of dry-rub ribs with doggie bags for the remnants, and there were a few. I've had barbeque all my life, 68 years, in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Tennessee, and this was the best I have ever had; and the cole slaw and potato salad were very good... more
