Compared with the glut of upscale chain steakhouses in Nashville (Palm, Flemings, Ruth's Chris, etc) Sperry's is a refreshing change of pace. For one, it's cheaper than most of those places and the food is better. Dinner for 2 + bottle of wine + tip was about $110...a similar meal at a chain would have been $150+. We went to the one near Belle Meade on Old Harding Pike. We used opentable.com to get good reservations with no wait. We walked in and was seated within about 5 minutes.
