After eating at Rudy's and County Line, this was just decent BBQ. More of a Memphis BBQ then a smoked Texan place. Typical chain. Decent baby backs, chicken was ok, turkey was ok and brisket was kind of dry. Sauce was very loaded with vinegar. Salad was good but the potato salad rocks. 1.5 lb potato is amazing also.
