Man-oh-man. This one really stumps me. I understand that "family" oriented food needs to be somewhat tamer than authentic ethnic food - in other words "BLAND". But Cristina's is the absolute bottom of the barrel. Every dish is like mashed potatoes with Velveeta sauce. The so called salsa is very likely straight from the can of diced tomatoes. We had been to Cristina's before and always enjoyed it. The food was always great and the atmosphere was good. Our last trip there to celebrate a couple of birthdays was a nightmare. Our food took forever to be served, it was not up to the usual standard, and they tried to pass off a diet coke as a cocktail.... more

Everything about the restaurant was incredible. I went with my husband and kids for his birthday on a Tuesday night. I didn't know Tuesday's were so eventful out there but they are! My husband and I ate here one Friday night using a buy one get one free coupon from our Entertainment Book. We had to wait 45 minutes and the place was packed so we thought it would have great food. My sister lives in Flower Mound and every time I visit I insist on going to Cristinas for great mexican food & drink. If your in the area it shouldn't be missed, good for families. more
