A quirky small home converted into a by the glass wine and cheese bar with retail sales by the bottle, Lincoln Street has more potential than they are taking advantage of. The staff, and what I mean by that is the owner and manager have some strange ideas about interacting with customers. We went in with enthusiasm and left dismayed.... more
