I tried Gaido's for the first time yesterday at lunch and was totally unimpressed. Con's: First, no lunch menu and it's really too much food for lunch. I'm surprised to see a few negative reviews. Our experience on a Sunday evening in February was great but be prepared to wait an hour for a table.
