Find El Ceibo inconsistent. Sometimes staff very offhand. When table empty they automatically put reserved notices on the table. best idea is gethotel to phone and book. went here one night on our recent holiday. good atmosphere, we got the shared beef mixed grill, was quite expensive and to be fair some of the cuts were quite fatty and not the best, but plenty choice and strong sangria!! busiest restaurant there, so like i said, had a good lively atmosphere! more

Went here last year and before in 2006. We tried our best to eat here every other night. We couldnt stay away from the place..great steaks!! Friendly enough waiters, can get very busy and advisable to book a table at all times. Heading back to Santa Ponsa May of this year for a birthday week and hope to eat here... more
