We have been eating at Adobe for at least 12 years or better and it used to be wonderful. On my last three visits back to New Braunfels the food has been mediocre at best. Adobe is not on the level of Los Barrios or Mi Tierra in San Antonio............but as gringofied Tex Mex places go....this is a good, clean reliable one that will not dissappoint. Take your friends.....and pick up the check.....it won't kill you here...:) more

We've been to Adobe a few times and the food was hit or miss. The service was never great but when we had to wait over an hour for our meal we called it quits. So many better places to go, we will not go back there again. more

My husband and I eat here often. You can always find the same staff, which is a plus since a restaurant is usually a revolving door of new people. The food is always good and consistent. My family goes to Adobe Cafe atleast once a week. My kids love the ice cream and my husband and I love the margaritas and fajitas. The service is great too! more
