This place has good food. You stand in line and order and pay. They have a topping/salsa type bar. The food was fresh. The restaurant was clean and large and decorated in bright southwestern decor. I would definitely stop here again. more

Rosa's is a good place for moderate priced Mexican food. The $3.33 taco plate on Tuesdays brings in a crowd every week especially starving Baylor students. Good for the money. more

I simply love this place. They have a large selection of food with a large decorated dining room. You wait in line to order (no tip) and your number is called when the food is ready. They have a good family deal for fajitas and an excellent condiment bar with several kinds of salsa. This place is usually crowded, but... more
