Small establishment right off 35 perfect for these two minnesotans heading home from a cross country road trip. We were craving barbeque. We'll never find the "gut pak" at home. Too bad. Minnesota doesn't even know what they're missing. more
My deathbed meal will consist of the large Gut Pak (from Vitek's (with extra jalapenos) washed down with a Dublin Dr. Pepper. They used to have odd hours, but are now open on Saturdays to accomodate all the weekend visits for Baylor parents. more
classic BBQ dive right off campus. Family owned, Family operated. Great people really good food. more
THere is always a line at lunch. It is known for the "gut pack' which is a frito pie with chopped beef, sausage, beans... you get the picture. A coronary in a basket. But what a way to die! The 1/2 gut pack is a full meal for most adults. more
