First off, I am not one of these people that will say "it's too much money to pay" and be done. For a great steak and great service, I will happily pay a premium. This is a good quality steak house, with good service. Both the menu and drinks menu are good. However it is hard to justify the high price, for what is essentially just a steak. Definitely a restaurant left to when someone else is paying the bill! more

It was really surprising to find such a charming, mellow, romantic, lodge-like steakhouse in Waco. It was a bit pricey, but we had a wonderful time. If you like Bananas Foster, you MUST try it here. Thier steaks were well prepared. more

This is another Waco attempt at fine dining. Once again, the prices are almost as high as Dallas, Austin or Houston, the look is just about right, but the food is just north of awful. If you haven't been to Diamond Backs in the last couple of years, you haven't been to Diamond Backs! Each time we've been there in the last year, it has been amazing!
