We walked along historic 25th & were disappointed that many of the stores were closed on Monday. I had a couple of restaurants on my list from the reviews on tripadvisor. This is a popular and fun place to eat, but it is basically a brewery and it over-extends itself when it tries to do sophisticated entrees. Entrees come with salad or soup. I've always had this rule of thumb for eating at brew pubs - stick with the burgers and fish and chips. If you stray into the exotics, you'll be dissatisfied. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a brew pub in the middle of Utah. Yes, my out-of-town/tourist sterotypes may be a part of that perception of Utah.
