Living in Park City is great with the snow and the mountains and beauty, but definitely the salsa bar at El Chubasco ranks right up there with the great things of Park City. we had lunch here. Loved the tacos and homemade salsas(pay attention to how many peppers there are on each card. I didn't and boy some were hot!). My 11 year old did not love his shredded beef taco, but the fish tacos were great. Cute little fast-food type place. Would definitely return. Great value and good prices! more

I like to get my food fast, but I don't like fast food. Chubies (as we call it) is cheap, fast and tasty. Order and pay at the counter, go to the salsa bar with your tacos and sit down and have your food delivered to your table. No pretense, no extras that I don't want, no attitude... I love... more
