I don't know what person spends an average of $20 on ice cream, but to get two of Cold Stone's "Gotta Have It" 12 oz. signature creations (which is the Large size with three or four mix ins) would be about $20, give or take depending in the city. Park City is one of the more expensive Cold Stone's, but... more
