The food is good and we enjoyed our server. I'm not sure I would do the all you can eat pizza again.
I do not like to leave negative reviews on Tripadvisor. BUT, I feel it necessary in this case. The food at this restaurant was so subpar it was unbelievable. Our waiter was very nice, the service was great, very friendly wait staff, but the food was really poor quality. I had a pizza and it was not even as good... More

I came here for lunch on a business trip, and was expecting a normal pizza shack with tiny lunch portions. Sure enough, when I asked the waitress how big the personal lunch pizza was, she told me it was ~6" in diameter. Thinking it would be too small, I ordered the personal dinner pizza instead. WELL, that was a mistake.... More
Went to Brick Oven on our recent visit to Provo to see family. I used to eat here back in the day when I attended BYU(mid 70's). Brick Oven is still great. Good food, reasonable not to mention nostalgic for us oldtimers.
I had heard about this joint for years from Provo locals. We went there on a visit to Utah this summer. It was just standard fare, plain ole pizza. Crust was average. Toppings were limited and nothing special. Sauce was from a can. It was not bad pizza, but for all the talk I expected it to be great. Pizza... More
A professional organization to which I belong held the annual members' dinner meeting at the Brick Oven Restaurant during a recent conference I attended. I was gratified that the meal choices were extensive, and included a tasty deep dish lasagna that I relished, served with a great broccoli soup. The service was wonderful. Every wish of my table mates was... More
We eat at Brick Oven whenever we come to Provo. It's great. They have something for everyone - even my incredibly picky 9-year old. They have a pasta bar - where really picky 9-year olds can get plain old buttered noodles, or the adventuresome set can go ahead and get sauce to go with the noodles. : ) The salad... More
We stopped by for lunch while visiting Provo and a wonderful lunch. They have a 6" inch pizza, salad and garlic bread, all for $7.00! Everything was very good and the staff did a great job. Would go back again anytime I am in the area!
