The first thing I ever ordered here was the fish tacos and I like them so much that I never order anything else. They're the best I've had (though I've only had them inland) -- not deep-friend or lacking in flavor as they usually are at most restaurants. I haven't gone to Los Hermanos for about 3 years. I decided to try it again yesterday with my sons. The chips and salsa were OK, really mild salsa (just tomatoes, nothing else - the pre-packaged stuff they can buy from food servise suppliers). The food however, was so bland, I could barely eat it. When we want a fun, affordable, and relaxing meal, Los Hermanos is the first place we think about. If you wear the Los Hermanos t-shirt, you get a free specialty drin--very delicious. The food is good here. This is probably the most popular Mexican restaurant in Provo, and likely because of the food, but even more likely because it is well-known and has gimmicky decor. It's a fine restaurant, but not all that it's cracked up to be. more
