We had a FANTASTIC dinner at J Morgan's a few weeks ago. Incredible service, food cooked to perfection, would not have changed a thing. Absolutely an excellent choice for a top notch dining experience in Montpelier. Be warned, it's not cheap - but then, good food rarely is. J Morgan's is worth every penny. I've never had dinner here (and probably wouldn't - not my kind of atmosphere), but think the breakfast is better and certainly more reasonably priced than at Coffee Corner - plus they serve Starbucks coffee. more

For dinner this place is fancy and slightly overpriced, but they have great microbrew choices. However this is the best breakfast place in town, in my opinion, for both value and food. Try the Eggs Benedict! more

The food and service was excellent. The owner is a minature train collector so minature toy trains circulate along the ceiling of the restaurant. Great for kids who love toy trains. more
