I've had breakfast here a goodly number of times in my travels over the years. While the food is OK, I've never found it above that and the prices are very high. My current preferred place for breakfast in Montpelier is the restaurant in the Capitol Plaza Hotel, where they serve Starbucks coffee. more
The Coffee Corner is just a fantastic diner. The atmosphere is diner-wonderful, the food is really great, the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. I've had two breakfasts here, and now it's my go-to breakfast or lunch place when in Montpelier. I recommend the Manghi's French Toast - spectacular! I recently went to coffee corner on my way along a new england road trip and can definitavely say it is best diners in the North East. I had a great time chatting with the employees and look forward to traveling there again more
