Not claiming to be a restaurant Guru but a returning Bonefish customer. With this said, let's start with their own Bonefish standards by saying the one in Tucson, AZ was absolutely OUTSTANDING! this place is very close to where I live - next to Centreville Multiplex. They serve excellent seafood. Me and my wife love their bang bang shrimp. a variety of grilled fish are served with their signature sauces.
