Ate at the bar with a friend. The service was great and the steak was of good qualiity for a mid level steakhouse. We enjoyed the other menu items we tried including salads, veggies and baked potatoes. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. more

I go to Texas Steakhouse & Saloon just about every night (Hampton, VA) and I absolutly love the servers, they treat me like family, they have the BEST fried chicken tenders I have ever had, along with the Ribeye and fried shrimp. My husband and I ate at this restaurant last night and the food was okay but the service was terrible. Our dinners were very slow to arrive and the server apologized but didn't offer a reason as to why we had to wait so long. A drink refill request went unheeded.
