One of the ten best restaurant meals ever. Appetizers, salads, main courses, and desserts were all excellent. Lots of local produce. Incredible sauces. If you like really fresh food that is delicious you will find it at Alexander's. We love dining there. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. And the food is absolutely wonderful. Alexander's is a restaurant that you would expect to find in a much larger city. What a gem in the beautiful Roanoke Valley. more

Alexander’s restaurant is a great place for a wonderful meal! they have sophisticated and flavorful food! The staff also makes it a very pleasant place to be. I'm from Virginia and every time I go down to Roanoke this is the only restaurant I visit. They have wonderful food along with GREAT service! All the wait staff is very well-trained and polite and make the meal all-the-more enjoyable. I would recommend Alexander's to anyone visiting the Roanoke area! more
