We count ourselves fortunate that just as we were thinking about barbeque we sat at a light, seeing a sign for Dixie Bones. The food was excellent, the atmosphere authentic, a true find for us. more

Texas has some wonderful barbeque, so does Memphis and Kansas City and Wilson, NC. Southern Maryland has some real Pit BBQ places. Vermont has some good Q too. For some reason N. ...what more can i say then "PURE ALABAMA BARBEQUE"- geat corn bread (not too sweet) and LOVED the cabbage! the meat on the ribs letterally fell off the bones- YUM!! more

The only decent Southern BBQ restaurant I have found in the area. Even some of the regular customers seem imported from Dixie. EVERYTHING is good. Beware the Sunday buffet crowd!!! You'll lose an arm if you get between Bubba and his ribs. more
