The food and the Mixed drinks here were great. The prices were a little high and it was kind of a boring place in a sense but the food and drinks made it worth it! :)
We stoped in to try their food and were very pleased. You can't go wroung with Mexican food. We really enjoyed it.
We had the mixed fajitas and they were great. The place must be well know to the locals as it was packed on a Wednesday evening. The only nit I have to pick is the place is terribly loud. So noisy that it is hard to hear yourself think, much less have a conversation.
Granted, there isn't a lot of competition for gourmet food in tiny Forks, but this is definitely worth a look if you like Mexican food at all. The exterior (and perhaps the interior) looks like it used to be a gas station, but if you can look past the atmosphere, you'll love the food. I don't know what they do... More
Even in a more cosmopolitan suburb, I would consider this restaurant to be worthy of a causal dinner or lunch out. In Forks, it is something to make tracks for! The food here is pretty good, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Most of the food we had was somewhat spicy. I personally had the Chile Colorado, and most places I have it, it is very mild. At Plaza Jalisco, it is spicier than most.
