Food was dry and pasta was chewy. Very pricy for food that wasn't fresh. Didn't put an ounce of extra sauce on the food, either. Waiter removed our appetizers before we were done eating. more
awful service. I haven't been there in years because when we did go the service was horrid. We sat at our table for over an hour the last time waiting for our check! We asked many times for it but were eiter ignored by the waitstaff or they said they would bring it and didn't! more
I like the Spaghetti Factory, it has its niche and it is great for kids. The meals are fairly prices and the food is always dependable. If you want romance, you are going to have to go somewhere else. Try the spaghetti with browned butter and mazythara is is yummy. more
