I eat at Gasperetti's often. The food is consistently delicious. It is family operated, which is obvious by the attention to detail. I have heard some people say it is expensive, but I have spent nearly as much eating at a chain hamburger place. ..not even comparable to what you get here. We were with a group, and arrived later than our reservation (someone in our group did call to let the restaurant know). The restaurant staff was welcoming, gave us top-notch service, and served some of the best Italian food ever! It was very clean. I love dining at places with history, and Gasperetti's does. I really wanted to like this place. The room/patio was very nice, they found us a place near fountain on a packed friday night - we'd just got into town - with no reservation. For Yakima area I could tell this was a destination restaurant. Hostess and Waitress were nice. Bread was nice. Then.... salad that was all apple, nothing... more

I love this place. It has changed over the years becoming more upscale but I love the changes. I love the filet mignon, the onion rings, John's Crab meat and apple salad, the raviolis, the bread basket and the champange cocktails. Not for children...but our two 12 year old girls loved it. We took them there as a special treat.... more

ate dinner once, now planning trip to yakima to eat there at least once more. exc ellent bar and service and the food was as good as ever experienced. okay, somewhat loud when full but adds to charm. not a place for children end more
