Highly rated restaurant in Charleston, and we were not disappointed. Atmosphere is casual, with local art a nice addition to the premises. Local cuisine is very good, and our server (Herbert) was very personable. more

We were in Charleston on business and found Bluegrass. Service was great sitting at the counter/bar. The ropa with homemade noodles was great, but the coconut creme cake stole the show. more
