Fun atmosphere. Love the music. Great condiment bar. Great menu, thanks for the veggie burger. Waitresses were quick and friendly.
We enjoyed our old fashioned phosphates (vanilla is awesome) and sodas from the bottle. Food was above average and a bit overpriced, but atmosphere and service were super great! Would recommend a stop!
Soda Pops has been a favorite of ours for many years in Eagle River. Vintage soda fountain flair, that serves sandwiches, burgers, and various other items. Sandwich/burger topping bar gives you the chance to top what you order. At least 20 items to choose from. As for soda, this restaurant offers a couple menu pages of various soda flavors served... We stopped in for lunch after seeing positive reviews of the place. It’s definitely an old diner/soda shop kind of place with a lot of original décor with newer signs mixed in. I really liked the atmosphere. We were seated right away, but it didn’t seem that there were any one person seating people. The booths are a bit tight... More
The decor is great and we enjoyed our ice cream treats. We didn't order any hot food off the menu, but it all looked good coming from the kitchen. They have a topping bar that the other guests were going to, loading up their burgers. Looked great!
This is a small place that was crowded both times we went. Lots of choices for soda. Many of the burgers/sandwiches come plain and you complete them at the condiment bar. I ordered a strawberry milkshake which, the waitress said, was made with real strawberries. Not sure about that because I did not see ANY strawberries. Lacked in flavor. Chicken... More
We are in Wisconsin for a 7 day bike trip and happened upon this restaurant that is like a throw back to the 60's soda shops. The food was really good, great friendly service, our server was a pleasant young woman named Elle. The milk shakes were delicious, and the salads and sandwiches come out plain, and you go to... More
The booths and decor in this place made us feel like we were stepping back in time to the '50s. We arrived just as they opened, so we were seated quickly. As our meal progressed, we watched this place fill up quickly! There are some interesting items on the menu, like the cranberry meatball sandwich that my husband had, and... More
We stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed the ambiance and nostalgia of the place. Old fashioned bottled sodas and great milk shakes. The food good as well. It's a 'do over'.
