Wine Knot is unusual for Kenosha. It has a more urban flavor than many Kenosha restaurants and offers a more sophisticated menu. The wines are really the attraction and the staff is pretty good at pairing wines with their menu (thank goodness!). Sometimes it gets pretty crowded and noisy since the dining area is not separate from the bar. Really... more
Went to Wine Knot with my husband prior to the Parkside Foreign Film Series. Ate outside. Service was prompt and friendly!!! We each tried a wine flight, I tried the Australians and he tried the Pinots and we each favored 1 of the 3, but it was fun to try them all without getting a whole bottle. The mushroom bruschetta... more
Truly one of Kenosha's finest restaurants. Chef Abe Lenfestey seasonally changes the menu in this very relaxed setting and is always pressing the edge to create a fusion of tastes. If you are looking for white table cloths, go elsewhere. If you want great food without the high end prices, est, est, est! more
My wife had been to Wine Knot with some friends and said that we needed to go together. Stopped by on a Monday night after a trip to Chicago. Walked in at 5:30pm and we were the first folks in the place. Decent enough room, nothing outstanding. Bar looked to be a bit above average. Small room with a lot... more

My wife and I grabbed a bit to eat at this great restaurant on our way from Milwaulkee to Chicago. What a find! The impressive menu featured everything from steaks to seafood, and the wine list complimented the entrees nicely. Service was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place...... more
Everything about the Wine Knot was great! We came in just to grab a late bite and drink and stayed for the entertainment! To our surprise Michael Coleman plays there along with a band called The Real Deal...we saw Mr. Coleman in Chicago at B.L.U.E.S. and here he was at this great little bistro in Kenosha, keep up the good... more
My family & I went to the Wine Knot for their Sunday Jazz Brunch and the only positive part of it was the music! There was one very overworked waitress for the entire place, so the service was terrible. Our food took forever to arrive and once it did, it was terrible. The waitress kept telling me how overwhelmed they... more
