We shared the combination appetizer for two (crab puffs, bbq shrimp, stuffed mushrooms) and I had the Lemon Pesto Shrimp and Scallops, and they were both wonderful. Our server was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere is very cozy and romantic. I highly recommend this restaurant! more

Saturday 4-13-08 was my first visit to Louisanne's but not my last... we arrived 10 minutes late and the staff was amazing, and accommadating. The Piano music was right on, a toe tapping hip shaking 3 piece band. This restaurant isn't technically in madison, but is well worth the 15 minute drive from downtown. I was in town with my wife at a conference, and asked the concierge what he recommends. Anything on the menu is always a blast of an experience for the palate. Pork tenderloin cajun style remains my favourite... wine selection is extensive, deserts and grand... The staff is extrememly knowledgeable and friendly. The jazz bands I have heard there are top notch. Overall the best place on earth for an everyday Cajun-NoLa-Mardi/Gras fun time!!! more

I had my best steak ever at Louisianne's. Bohanan's Steakhouse in San Antonio came close, but not quite. Plus, Louisianne's has all kinds of wonderful soups and sides with a Cajun flare and a variety of other delicious Cajun dishes. It's hidden downstairs in a small building in downtown Middleton, but I encourage you to find it and try it! more
