Guess the employees at this north side Culvers didn't go through customer service training. Megan, the drive thru employee was rude and nasty. She wanted to argue at the window about why they didn't have any chicken. We already ordered something else. When we told her we didn't want to argue she continued to do so. I have found every culver's to be awful, but my kids wanted some frozen custard. I found this experience to be the same as at any other Culver's I have visited. No matter where we see a Culver's we stop and partake! I grew up w/ Abbott's awesome frozen custard in Rochester, New York, and this comes very, very close!! more
