Lunch today I had watermelon gazpacho with mint ice cubes. So refreshing, there were several other delectable offerings on the menu.
This is actually pretty good food for a pool bar, I was impressed on that front, and drinks were well-prepared. Service was excellent - top-notch St Regis style. As a hotel guest, we drank here early and often. That said, I was surprised the drinks weren't better. They were good, but not amazing. That said, the pool is so lovely - I was happy to sit there and sip them.
being brought drinks or snacks at the pool or in the sand justs says "tropical holiday". The cabanas on the beach seem like a little bit of fantasy.
This was one of the late night experiences and we met a few couples for dinner. Appetizers were pretty good, however dinner not so much. Service was decent however I it carries a very steep price tag. I would give food about 2.5 out of 5 at best.

This place was so disappointing. The wait staff is faux friendly, nothing they did seemed genuine. $6 for iced tea, $7for lemonade???
