We live on Maui and love Main Street Bistro! As several others have mentioned, Tom is great. Previously he was a chef at a number of wonderful restaurants, notably David Paul's in Lahaina. Main Street Bistro is a nice surprise in Wailuku, Maui. We had about three hours before our flight one evening out of OGG and we were not in the mood for greasy fast food. Main Street Bistro is more known for their lunches (11:00 am to 2:30 pm), but we tried out the dinner "tapas" (3:00 pm to 7:00 pm). We had five dishes plus dessert, and everything we had was very tasty and reasonably priced ($3 to $13). My husband and I stumbled on a wonderful bistro in historic Wailuku, Hawaii. The menu selection was wonderful and the specials were absolutely scrumptious. This is a smaller establishment but well worth the trip for a wonderful lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed on trying out this true gem of a bistro. more
