I have only tried this place a few times over the years and it has been a couple of years since the last time. We visited Mitchell’s at two in the afternoon on a Sunday to avoid the long lines. It was crowded but the line was short. We took a number and were served in about 15 minutes. Mitchell’s looks like an old time mom and pop ice cream store. The flavors range from the banal to the exotic. We sampled three flavors... more
