Great coffee and tea options. Sandwiches. Best kept secret in Berlin. Nice owners. Go here for breakfast.
Generous mugs. Their house brew is delicious. Their English Breakfast tea is brewed with loose tea and is also delicious. The seating area is attractive and comfortable with local artwork on the walls. There are also local magazines and papers to peruse. You are not rushed and can savor your coffee or tea.
The Berlin Coffee House has more than adequate selections of coffee and baked goods. It is open most hours you would want to go to a coffee house. I have camped out for a long period during an afternoon waiting for my car to be fixed or for my wife's book club to finish. I often think of stopping by... More
We stopped in for good coffee and had a wonderful bagel breakfast sandwich. All the baked goods on display looked yummy! The atmosphere is simple, warm and inviting. Had a nice visit with the owners as well. I will definitely put it on our to do list every time we visit the Assateague Island National Seashore area.
Stopped in to take a look around while doing the RElay for LIfe Scavenger Hunt...couldn't stay, but I really really wanted to just settle in and enjoy a cup of coffee and listen to the entertainer. This seems like a wonderful place to spend time, any time that you get to Downtown Berlin. Located behind the historic Atlantic Hotel and... More
Nice coffee shop with a locals feel. This place is perfect for wasting away an afternoon reading while listening to cool jazz and drinking delicious coffee.
They have loose leaf tea, not the cardboard-flavored bags, and play soft jazz. PERFECT. And yes the wifi kicked on instantly. The ownere was very nice and welcoming. PS no street parking- they have a parking lot!
This locals-favorite coffee/tea shop is in downtown historic Berlin and is known for incorporating and selling regionally made products. Though it doesn't show the food and drink service area, I shot my attached photo on the monthly 'Second Friday Art Stroll' they participate in, showcasing a different neighborhood artist every thirty days or so. Parking in the surrounding area can... More
Berlin has a parking problem. Well there is designated parking at the Berlin Coffee House so if you want to go in and grab some coffee, this is the place to go. Otherwise you have to park and walk quite a way to find coffee and then walk back. It was a very simple atmosphere. The baked good looked fresh... More
