Clam chowder should be called "Gummy Flavorless Flour Chowder". I ordered the fresh sea bass with saffron rice. The fish was overcooked to the consistency and flavor of shoe leather, it lacked the texture and taste of bass. The rice had no trace of saffron in it whatsoever.
