used Trip Advisor and found this great place. Friendly bartender,Laura. Delicious burger and "wings". Happy Hour and lunch specials. TVs in bar.
The service here was great, she was incredibly nice which I found rare for the people of New York (sorry) and the food and drinks were just as good. Burgers were great as were the buffalo wings. Try the fresh lemonade, it was amazing.
Everything else was closed but we walked in and were welcomed with open arms. Great for late night drinks and snacks we really enjoyed it!
Good pizza, beer and wine. It's a nice place to spend the happy hour. It's close to the Central Park and the Apple Store
My husband and I were looking for a place to escape the hot sticky day. This place was dark and cool. Service was a little slow, but only because there was only one server/bartender, but he was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I am gluten free and they prepared the Salmon special for me. Our drinks were... More
This little bar/restaurant was behind our hotel (JW Marriott Essex House) and we went there to take advantage of the advertised $4 happy hour special pricing on drinks but then changed our mind and got the sangria priced at $9/glass but the glasses were large. Also ordered a blue cheese/bacon dip that was very good and priced at $12. We... More
Not fare from Columbus Circle, this is a little local tavern. Friendly service with bottled bers and a few beers on tap. Food is good for pub style and typical of what the US serves.
We had wings, wedge salad, hamburgers, beer for Tom and a lemon mixed drink for me. Bill was $74 plus tip. Burgers were good ... Medium rare ... But nothing exceptional. Fries were good, but leaveable.
Walking around and found this place was lucky for us. Service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet after walking the busy city. We had appetizers which were perfect for the time of day. Server was excellent, very friendly and had some great tips for the area we were in. Would definitely go back..
I can't say anything about the food other than there were quite a few people who stopped in after 1pm and were very disappointed that the kitchen was closed. But... without trying it myself I can't say for sure. Drinks and service were excellent. Would definitely stop by again.
