So good. After a ling day of traveling we were stoked to eat here. I had the Kobe beef burger and my partner had temupa shrimp roll. Both were so good. Really glad we came.
I had the opportunity to dine at the 7th Avenue Kobeyaki one evening. It's a nice looking establishment with spacious wooden tables, designated baggage storage space underneath the wooden chairs, and a nice long communal table near the register. The decor is subtle and the location has a nice ambiance. It was my first time at Kobeyaki, so I asked... More
it's around the corner from my office and we go regularly. i'm not the biggest fan of their rice bowls but everything else is excellent. favorite things there are the salads, the buns, and of course, their super crispy sweet potato fries. must mention, self served pumps of spicy mayo and wasabi mayo!!
get the pork bun or the softshell crab bun. and get the ramen soup. id skip the sushi (plenty of other places for that in the area - not so much re the buns and the soup!)
Great bowl dishes. Get the chicken with brown rice. The sushi was alright but not worth the money. You can't beat the right dollar bowl
Everything we ate was fresh and tasty, including the tuna burger, cooked salmon rolls, and fries. The only disappointment was the cucumber salad which wasn't want we expected (just some sliced cucumbers with a thick sauce on the side). We would definitely return for a simple, fast, fresh meal.
I had the Kobe Beef burger and I was floored. What an excellent burger. Also had several of the rolls, again, just incredibly tasty and very reasonably priced. On top of all that, the staff was very friendly. I love this place. I only wish they'd come to California
We happened to be staying around the corner from Kobeyaki and tried it one day just because we walked by and the menu looked good. It was! We had a couple of rolls, miso soup and one person had the beef bowl. It was all very tasty and at an especially good price for NYC. Be aware that it's quick... More
Stopped by for lunch with a friend today. It was a wise decision to come before 12:15 as the lines were shorter and we managed to score a seat inside the restaurant. I went with the kobe beef burger, tempura sweet potato fries and an Arnold Palmer (free refills). The burger was nice, but I had to get used to... More
Touring NYC, the Chelsea area, we decided to try out this place. Not bad, had the grilled bowls, and they were tasty. Spent $54 for four people with 4 soda drinks Looking for something different than Deli and diners, this is your place
