My dearest friend and I fell upon this lovely cafe by accident after visiting a nearby doctor. It was a beautiful day and we sat at a table for two under an awning near the sidewalk. This is one of the worst restaurants I have been to. As soon as you enter inside you are greeted by a snotty Frenchman. I hate stereotypes, but this was it. The staff were just as rude. The food was horrible. I think this is the worst place to dine in in New York city. more

My husband and I LOVED the restaurant, Le Charlot, where we dined after visiting the Metropolitan Museum. We wandered back and forth on the numbered blocks between 5th and Park Aves.
