The food was very good, but, for prices comparable to those at Matthew's and more than Il Pastiche, I was somewhat underwhelmed by both the very small portion sizes and the noisy, pop music filled ambience. I felt that I constantly had to talk over the music and other guests, who were probably doing the same, to be heard .... more

Orsay is my favorite restaurant in Jacksonville. The ambiance is wonderful, and the food is to die for. They have a variety of delicious and unique martinis to chose from. Their menu includes something for everyone, the specials are always amazing. I would highly recommend Orsay if you want a enjoyable evening out. more

This is a marvelous restaurant in the lovely Riverside area. There is plenty of side parking but you do need to make a reservation.
