Our waiter was one of the laziest and rudest waiters we've ever dealt with. The bathrooms were just plain filthy with paper towels overflowing and no toilet paper in the stalls. My pasta dish looked like it was under a heat lamp for hours. We would never go back here again. more
We've been to many Cheesecake Factory restaurants in states across the country, and by and large they follow the company schema for design, service and offerings. Typical Cheesecake Factory. Noisy, huge lines, great menu, but definitely not healthy. Diabetics and heart patients....forget it! There's nothing for you here. more

We have never had such a horrible experience! Our server was just an all around MEAN young lady! Our meals were all wrong & came out at different times.
