We lived in Fairbanks, Alaska for a year and a half and ate at Brewsters about a dozen times. It's your typical pub/sports bar. Good food and service, we have never had a bad experience. Prices are about average. The best thing ever are the pepper jack cheese sticks with the sweet dipping sauce. more

Food is average. Sit in the bar and enjoy all the personable staff. Worst thing is the seating of families with small uncontrolled children allowed to sit in the bar instead of the family side. Why are childred allowed in the bar in Alaska? Most states have families on the family side. more

Great hamburgers with a wide selection. Best burgers in town but they also have many other food items on thier menu which taste wonderful. The garlic alfredo is great! I usually ask to have mine served wtih smoked salmon (not on menu).. It tastes great with chicken also! Overall, great food and reasonably priced! more
